Watch Dr. Roy Hammerling kick-off the Go 2030 Fargo Comprehensive Plan Speakers Forum! Dr. Hammerling lecture, Photos of a Word View: Power of a Story reflected on our search for the good life in Fargo
Part 1
Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6
Here’s what City Commissioner Mike Williams had to say about the event:
Thanks to Dr. Roy (Indiana Jones) Hammerling for a fantastic kick-off for the speakers forum as we work together to find Fargo’s way to the good life. Thanks also to a strong group of citizen designers of the future that came to participate. We had a diverse group of students, teachers, gardeners, new Americans, business owners and more that are ready to help form Fargo’s future.
One thing I took away from Roys presentation is this: There are many things we think we want or need that may actually get in the way of our search for the good life and that caring for one another is one important way to clear the path.
Thanks everyone for coming!
